Shuttle: HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE Shuttle schedule subject to change based on traffic flow. Sheraton Premiere provides shuttles services to local offices Monday through Friday, departing every 30 minutes. Pick up service are available between 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM. Please call (703) 448-1234 for arrangements. Shuttle service to Dunn Loring Metro Station is only available on Saturday and Sunday. From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the shuttle will depart from the hotel every hour. From 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, the shuttle will depart from the hotel every hour. Last pick up from Dunn Loring Metro Station is at 10:00 PM. The hotel shuttle would be delighted to make stops to the Tysons Corner Mall, Tysons Galleria, and Pike 7 Plaza Shopping Center. Lost and Found Procedure Any lost or found item found on property is logged in the Housekeeping Department Lost and Found Log. The item is issued a Lost and Found Slip and stored safely in the Lost and Found Cabinet in Housekeeping. All lost and found items are kept in storage for 90 days. After 90 days, any unclaimed items are then discarded. All unclaimed credit cards are shredded and then discarded. Please contact Rosalina Argueta, Director of Housekeeping for any items you feel you may have left behind. To assist with locating your items, we ask that you provide the date(s) of your stay, your guest room number, your meeting room name or any other important details of your stay. Shipping and Receiving: Package Room/Shipping and Receiving Charges incurred for shipping and receiving shall be applied to the receiver of material, thus, applied to either an individual guest room account/folio or Group Master Account. These charges cover the cost of labor, processing, receiving, tracking, storing, and delivering. The price for receiving will be based on pounds and will include storage. If storage exceeds 3 days, a $25 per item/day storage fee will be added. The Sheraton Premiere does not accept dock deliveries. Items left on the loading dock will be assessed at 2 times the handling fee per piece.
