The Sheraton Heathrow Hotel’s stately conference venue offers 20 state-of-the-art meeting rooms incorporating a total of 10,760 square feet of space. All are located on the ground floor, offering the accessibility to display vehicles.

The spacious Knightsbridge Suite accommodates up to 200 delegates. An efficient venue with unobstructed views and natural daylight, the room is divisible into two sections. 19 additional rooms cater meetings of 10 to 100 delegates and are clustered around the conference atrium, which floods the majority of meeting rooms with natural daylight. The Perpetual Patisserie, located in the Atrium, provides delegates with all-day refreshments and snacks.

The Meetings Kiosk features two broadband internet enabled workstations which provide a quick and convenient way to catch up on email, surf the web, or keep in touch with friends and family during breaks. The High Speed Internet Access combined with the fast and easy ‘print me’ function allows conference delegates to work in a convenient environment without having to carry around laptops or be permanently attached to mobile phones.

For each meeting, the hotel assigns a StarMeeting concierge to a meeting organiser as a permanent point of contact, on hand to welcome delegates, assist with technology, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to any requests, ensuring the best service.

With a wedding license, light airy atrium ideal for drinks receptions, a landscaped garden perfect for photographs, and an experienced kitchen brigade ready to cater to your every need, we are a dream location for your wedding. Our dedicated wedding coordinator will help you with everything from menu tasting to accommodations for your guests.

The Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes from all terminals, taking you to the heart of the city within a matter of minutes.

For arrivals and departures at London's Heathrow Airport, National Express Airport offers a regular coach service for a fee to all major hotels. This service is called the "Hotel Hoppa", and is equipped with comfortable seats and plenty of space for luggage. It will connect you to all of the airport terminals, including the new Terminal 5 as follows:

From Terminal 1 and 3: Coach Number H4 services the route between these terminals and our hotel. Tickets can be obtained from self-service ticket machines at the terminals. H4 departs from the terminals every 12-15 minutes starting at approximately 5:20am every morning, running until approximately 11pm every evening.

Terminal 4 and 5: Coach number H54 runs approximately every 20 minutes.

As an alternative to the Hotel Hoppa services, a choice of public buses (U3/75/76/77) can take you free of charge from Heathrow Airport Central bus station to the Bath Road.  Or, public buses (350/423) can take you from Terminal 5 Bus Station to the Bath Road, which is just a few minutes walk from our hotel.

Additionally, London Taxis, alternatively known as black cabs, are available in front of each terminal. We can also arrange for private car service and "Meet and Greet" pick-up services prior to your arrival at the terminals, or transfer services from the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly.
