  • We cannot accommodate vehicles taller than 6’3”, motorcycles or RVs.
  • We cannot accommodate vehicles that have dual rear wheels (dually pickups).

Third-party self-parking options are near the hotel. At the Olympic Garage next door, the daily fee is 36.85 USD plus taxes and includes in-and-out privileges. This garage will collect payment for your entire stay upon arrival.

Directions From Airport SEATTLE-TACOMA (SEATAC) INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Approximately 12.0 miles from hotel The Link Light Rail The newly opened SeTac/Airport Station is connected to the fourth floor of the Airport Garage. Trains arrive and depart on the platform level of the station approximately every 7.5 to 15 minutes, depending on the time of the day. The covered, level walkway t /o the airport terminal is one level down on the mezzanine. The well-lit walkway is separated from the main area of the garage and directional signs point the way to the main terminal skybridge. Wheelchair service is available. Bus Group Parking For those groups who have contracted for event or shuttle bus transportation during their conference, note that the hotel must be notified of any bus pickup/load intended at the hotel. Valet Group Parking The W Seattle garage handles parking for overnight guests only and is exclusively valet parking (self-park not available). The daily rate is $39.00 + tax. If our garage is full, overnight guest are directed to ask Wheels staff for assistance and direction to offsite overnight parking. Overnight guest driving oversize vehicles cannot be accommodated in hotel parking.

Safety & Security

Overview Description In case of emergency, dial 911. Any time 911 is dialed from a house phone it immediately alerts our security team and an officer is dispatched to the location of the phone call.
Lost and Found For all lost and found inquiries, please call the Whatever/Whenever by dialing “0” or (206) 264-6000.
Emergency Plan All doors which are a means of an exit may not be obstructed, locked or fastened in a manner that would prevent exit from the area in the event of an emergency. Special approval required for fog/haze and laser machines. Fire watch is mandatory when using pyrotechnics, laser, fog, haze and all similar machines. Fire marshal approval must be obtained at least thirty (30) days from the event date. Certificate of insurance is required from all outside vendors. Obstructions that hinder the effective operation of the automatic sprinkler system are not permitted. Emergency exit signs may not be obstructed from view. Candles must be placed in tip proof holders and the flame must be protected. No alcohol fuel based system is permitted for lighting, cooking or warming. Candles or open flame devices are not permitted in guestrooms.

Policies & Procedures

Overview Description: All food and beverage to be consumed by your group at W Seattle must be purchased through the hotel unless specific arrangements are made in the contract. Our culinary team is highly skilled in accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions should the need arise.
Banners and Signs: n order to maintain the attractive appearance of our public spaces, we ask you to adhere to the following guidelines when placing signage in our hotel: Easels: Easels are required for placement of signage in meeting and event space areas. The use of pushpins, staples, nails, or duct tape is not permissible. Signs must be printed and appropriate for public viewing. Handwritten signs and flipchart pads with wrting are not permitted. Banners: Banners or large signs may be placed inside your own assigned function space. Al banners must be hung by PSAV based on your specific needs, and the cost is determined by the complexity of the job. Banner hanging must be arranged through your Catering or Convention Services Manager prior to your group arrival.

Rigging

Description
Groups are not authorized to rig from the air wall, ceiling or hang points. Ground supporting equipment is recommended. The removal of ceiling tiles and access to the structure above the tiles is strictly prohibited. PSAV is responsible for the overhead safety of our guests and employees. PSAV will have the final authority in all matters relative to overhead and production safety. The Director of Event Technology has final authority over all other aspects of rigging and safety production.
